Leona's Garden

I look around at what I've lost and what I've found

The wind blows up and all the leaves fall to the ground

Leaving debris pasted up against the sky

I look away but the fragments catch my eye

Hidden treasure in the garden

In Leona's garden

Where the teachers live and happiness stays

In bright of sun see the ravens on the run

In light of moon see the tiger lilies loom

With grace and form they dance circles in my sight

As all returns to the spectrum made of light

Hidden treasure in the garden

In Leona's garden

Where the teachers live and happiness stays

Under the canopy I lie awake, the roots untie my body

Silently, guardians caress my gaze and see what I can see

The planets are hurrying across the sky and the world hangs in the balance

Suddenly everything inside of me, and I in everything

I look around at what I've found and what I've lost

My ups, my downs and all the bridges that I've crossed

Hidden treasure in the garden

In Leona's garden

Where the teachers live and happiness stays
