It's very interesting how things come in pairs.  It happened again...

We have a bit of a parallel happenstance on this album.  You see, just as Stevie shared an acoustic piece that inspired the song "First You Are a Spark", so "Stranger Than Fiction" was born from a beautiful acoustic guitar piece that our very own Cesar Solo sent me via text message one day.  He told me he was about to delete it, but just thought he'd send it to me just in case there might be a use for it.  Once again, upon hearing it, I immediately heard the song in it.  For me, this song is an absolute gift for many reasons.

Also, once again, we find ourselves in a moment on the album where we combine two songs together to preserve the subtlest of artistic nuances, but for me it is big.  I love the way "Stranger Than Fiction" flows directly into "Everybody Cries".
